ปลากระเบนหน้ากาก (อังกฤษ: Maskrays) เป็นสกุลของปลากระดูกอ่อนจำพวกปลากระเบนสกุลหนึ่ง ใช้ชื่อวิทยาศาสตร์ว่า Neotrygon (/นี-โอ-ไทร-กอน/) ในวงศ์ปลากระเบนธง (Dasyatidae) โดยได้ชื่อว่า "ปลากระเบนหน้ากาก" จากการที่มีจุดสีรอบ ๆ ดวงตาทำให้เหมือนกับสวมหน้ากาก[2] โดยถูกจำแนกออกมาจากปลากระเบนสกุล Dasyatis[3] โดยที่บางข้อมูลจะยังใช้เป็นชื่อสกุลเดิม[4] พบกระจายพันธุ์ในทะเลเขตร้อน โดยชนิดที่มีขนาดใหญ่ที่สุดมีความกว้างได้ถึง 4 เมตร (13 ฟุต[2])
