ประวัติศาสตร์วิก

ประวัติศาสตร์วิก เป็นแนวเข้าสู่การศึกษาประวัติศาสตร์นิพนธ์ (historiography) ซึ่งนำเสนออดีตว่าเป็นพัฒนาการอย่างเลี่ยงไม่ได้สู่เสรีภาพและภูมิธรรม (enlightenment) ที่มากขึ้น จนลงเอยด้วยรูปแบบประชาธิปไตยเสรีนิยมและราชาธิปไตยภายใต้รัฐธรรมนูญสมัยใหม่
