โรเบิร์ต แมคมานารา

โรเบิร์ต แมคมานารา (9 มิถุนายน พ.ศ. 2459 – 6 กรกฎาคม พ.ศ. 2552) คือผู้บริหารธุรกิจชาวอเมริกัน และรัฐมนตรีว่าการกระทรวงกลาโหมคนที่แปดแห่งสหรัฐอเมริกา ในรัฐบาลของประธานาธิบดี จอห์น เอฟ. เคนเนดี และลินดอน บี. จอห์นสัน ระหว่าง 21 มกราคม พ.ศ. 2504 - 29 กุมภาพันธ์ พ.ศ. 2511 จากนั้นทำงานในฐานะประธานธนาคารโลกระหว่าง เมษายน พ.ศ. 2511 - มิถุนายน พ.ศ. 2524 แมคมานาราทำงานทางด้านการวิเคราะห์ระบบนโยบายสาธารณะ ซึ่งปัจจุบันได้รับการพัฒนาจนเป็นที่รู้จักในนามการวิเคราะห์นโยบาย
