ดิสโก้ (อังกฤษ: Disco) เป็นแนวเพลงประเภทหนึ่ง สาขาย่อยของดนตรีแดนซ์ ที่ผสมผสานแนวฟังก์กับโซลเข้าด้วยกัน ดิสโก้ได้รับความนิยมอย่างมากในช่วยยุคคริสต์ทศวรรษที่ 1970 ตอนกลางถึงปลาย ศิลปินแนวดิสโก้ที่ได้รับความนิยมในยุคนั้น เช่น ดอนนา ซัมเมอร์, เดอะแจ็กสันไฟฟ์, แบร์รี ไวต์, บีจีส์, บอนนี เอ็ม. และแอ็บบ้า เป็นต้น

ใน ค.ศ. 1969 เพลงแรกที่ถูกเอ่ยถึงคือเพลง "Only the Strong Survive" ของ Jerry Butler เพลงนี้มีหลายส่วนใช้องค์ประกอบของดิสโก้โดยเพลงนี้ได้รวมแนว Philly และ New York soul เป็นที่มาคนดนตรีแบบโมทาวน์ด้วย แต่คำว่าดิสโก้ถูกทำให้รู้จักขึ้นโดยบทความของ Vince Aletti ฉบับวันที่ 13 กันยายน ค.ศ. 1973 ในนิตยสาร The Rolling Stone
