จอห์น ฟรานซิส โอ'เชีย (อังกฤษ: John Francis O'Shea) เกิดเมื่อวันที่ 30 เมษายน ค.ศ. 1981 เป็นนักฟุตบอลชาวไอริช ปัจจุบันเล่นให้กับสโมสรฟุตบอลซันเดอร์แลนด์ และฟุตบอลทีมชาติไอร์แลนด์
เขาเกิดที่วอเตอร์ฟอร์ด จากนั้นย้ายมาอยู่ที่เมืองแมนเชสเตอร์ เมื่อเขาอายุ 17 ปี เขาถือเป็นนักฟุตบอลผู้เล่นได้หลายตำแหน่งมากที่สุดในพรีเมียร์ลีก เขาเล่นในทุกตำแหน่งใหักับสโมสรฟุตบอลแมนเชสเตอร์ยูไนเต็ด แม้กระทั่งเป็นผู้รักษาประตูฉุกเฉินในระยะสั้น ๆ ในนัดแข่งกับสโมสรฟุตบอลทอตแนมฮ็อตสเปอร์[4]
