English: A propaganda poster on the streets of Bucharest, 1986 (around the 1. May). The caption reads "65 years since the creation of the Romanian Communist Party". The background text reads "Ceaușescu Era" (or "Ceaușescu Epoch") and "The Party / Ceaușescu / Romania". The letters "PCR" are the initials of the party's Romanian name (Partidul Comunist Român). Romania's Communist-era flag (with its distinctive coat of arms) is visible in the upper left-hand corner (over Ceaușescu's right shoulder).
