แชมเชอ ฆัลดายาโกฟ (คาซัค: Шәмші Қалдаяқов / Şämşı Qaldaiaqov; 15 สิงหาคม ค.ศ. 1937 ที่เตมีร์ลานอฟกา จังหวัดคาซัคสถานใต้ – 29 กุมภาพันธ์ ค.ศ. 1992 ที่อัลมาเตอ ประเทศคาซัคสถาน) เป็นนักแต่งเพลงชาวคาซัคสถาน ในตอนแรกมีชื่อว่าแชมเชอ โดนบาเยฟ (Şämşı Donbaiev) แต่หนีออกจากโรงเรียนและเปลี่ยนชื่อเพื่อหลีกเลี่ยงตำรวจ[1] เขาเริ่มเล่นดนตรีตอนอายุ 17 ปี และแต่งเพลงส่วนใหญ่ในแนววอลซ์[1] แต่ใน ค.ศ. 1956 เขาได้แต่งเพลง "เมนิงคาซัคสตานึม"[2] ซึ่งนูร์ซุลตัน นาซาร์บายิฟ ประธานาธิบดีคาซัคสถาน ได้ยกให้เป็นเพลงชาติใน ค.ศ. 2006[3]

He was born Shamshi Donbaiev, but ran away from school and, wanted by the police, had to change his surname. He chose Kaldayakov, meaning 'he has a mole on his foot, because his own father did indeed have one. 'He was the first person in the world to be called that,' [his son] Mukhat cries out when telling this story. 'That's how much of a born composer he was. He even composed his name!'
