แมวน้ำลายพิณ (อังกฤษ: Harp Seal) เป็น แมวน้ำชนิดหนึ่งมีลายรูปพิณฝรั่ง อยู่กลางหลัง อาศัยอยู่แถบขั้วโลกเหนือ มหาสมุทรอาร์กติก ลูกแมวน้ำลายพิณมีขนฟูสีขาวมักโดนล่าเพื่อนำหนังไปทำเสื้อผ้า ในสหภาพยุโรปได้ประกาศห้ามนำเข้าขนแมวน้ำสีขาวและผลิตภัณฑ์จากแมวน้ำลายพิณทุกประเภท ตั้งแต่ปี พ.ศ. 2526 [1]
