พรอมิธีเอิส (อังกฤษ: Prometheus , กรีก: Προμηθεύς แปลว่า มองการณ์ไกล) เป็นเทพไททันองค์หนึ่ง ที่มีความเฉลียวฉลาด เป็นผู้ขโมยไฟจากเฮสเทีย เทพีแห่งเตาไฟ ลงไปให้มนุษย์ จึงทำให้มนุษย์รู้จักใช้ไฟในการหุงหาอาหาร และใช้เพื่อแสงสว่างจนสามารถสร้างอารยธรรมต่าง ๆ ได้ จึงทำให้ซุสโกรธ และลงโทษพรอมิธีเอิสด้วยการขังไว้ในถ้ำบนเทือกเขาคอเคซัส และมีอีกายักษ์มาจิกกินตับของพรอมิธีเอิสทุกวัน โดยที่ไม่ตาย และทุกคืนตับของพรอมิธีเอิสจะงอกใหม่ เพื่อให้อีกายักษ์จิกกินในวันรุ่งขึ้น
แต่สำหรับมนุษย์แล้ว พรอมิธีเอิสถือว่าเป็นเทพที่กล้าหาญ และเป็นเพื่อนที่ดีต่อมนุษย์ จึงได้รับการยกย่องและนับถือ
