ชาลส์ แกวัน ดัฟฟี (อังกฤษ: Charles Gavan Duffy; 12 เมษายน ค.ศ. 1816 - 9 กุมภาพันธ์ ค.ศ. 1903) เป็นนักชาตินิยมชาวไอริช และนักการเมืองชาวออสเตรเลีย และมีตำแหน่งเป็นนายกวิกตอเรีย นอกจากนั้นก็ยังเป็นนักการเมืองที่มีบทบาทสำคัญคนหนึ่งของประวัติศาสตร์การเมืองของสมัยวิกตอเรีย
