เคยแอนตาร์กติกา (อังกฤษ: Antarctic krill) เป็นสปีชีส์ของเคยที่พบในมหาสมุทรแอนตาร์กติกตอนใต้ ที่มีลักษณะคล้ายกุ้ง ที่อยู่กันเป็นฝูงใหญ่ที่บางครั้งอาจจะมีจำนวนถึง 10,000 ถึง 30,000 ตัวต่อหนึ่งตารางเมตร[3] เคยแอนตาร์กติกาบริโภค phytoplankton ซึ่งเป็นการใช้พลังงานจากแพลงตอนที่สร้างจากแสงอาทิตย์ในการดำรงชีพ[4] เคยแอนตาร์กติกาเมื่อโตเต็มที่มีขนาดยาวราว 6 เซนติเมตร และหนักราว 2 กรัม และมีอายุราวหกปี เคยแอนตาร์กติกาเป็นสปีซีส์สำคัญของระบบชีวภาพของแอนตาร์กติกที่ประสบความสำเร็จ ที่มีด้วยกันราว 500 ล้านตัน[5]
