Local Patroller will not help you bypass the specific filter as the filter is coded to prevent any users that has less than 100 edits from removing the {{Delete}} tag. Given that your 97th to 99th on ปรัชญ์ธนวิชญ์ ฆฤตภูริภาคย์ was hit with the filter, and you have made 4 more edits on this page, you should have been able to bypass that filter by now. Please try removing the {{ลบ}} tag from any of the pages in หมวดหมู่:หน้าที่ถูกแจ้งลบ. You should not be blocked by the filter by now; if you are still blocked, please reply here so that a filter modification can be proposed to exempt the appropriate "global" user group (Please also remember to revert the edit to ensure that the page remains in the nominated deletion list).
