อาแล็กซี ชาร์ล อ็องรี เกลแรล กงต์ เดอ ต็อกวีล (ฝรั่งเศส: Alexis Charles Henri Clérel, comte de Tocqueville; ภาษาฝรั่งเศส: [a.lɛk.si‿də tɔk.vil]; 29 กรกฎาคม 1805 – 16 เมษายน 1859)[8] เป็นอภิชน นักการทูต นักรัฐศาสตร์ และนักประวัติศาสตร์ชาวฝรั่งเศส มีผลงานที่มีชื่อเสียงที่สุดชื่อ ประชาธิปไตยในอเมริกา (Democracy in America, มี 2 เล่ม ปี 1835 และ 1840) และ ระบอบเก่าและการปฏิวัติ (The Old Regime and the Revolution, 1856) ในหนังสือทั้งสองเล่ม เขาวิเคราะห์มาตรฐานการครองชีพและสภาพทางสังคมของปัจเจกบุคคลที่ดีขึ้น ตลอดจนความสัมพันธ์ของปัจเจกกับตลาดและรัฐในสังคมตะวันตก ประชาธิปไตยในอเมริกา ปัจจุบันถือเป็นงานชิ้นแรก ๆ ในสาขาวิชาสังคมวิทยาและรัฐศาสตร์
