พระเจ้ามังกะยอดิน (พม่า: မင်းရဲကျော်ထင်, ออกเสียง: [mɪ́ɴjɛ́tɕɔ̀tʰɪ̀ɴ]) เป็นพระมหากษัตริย์แห่งราชวงศ์ตองอูของพม่า ตั้งแต่ พ.ศ. 2216 ถึง พ.ศ. 2241 พระเจ้ามังกะยอดิน เจ้าเมืองพินดาเล ได้รับเลือกโดยเสนาบดีมากกว่าพระโอรสองค์โต เป็นพระมหากษัตริย์หลังจากที่พระเชษฐาของพระองค์ พระเจ้านราวาระ สวรรคตอย่างกะทันหันใน พ.ศ. 2216 กลุ่มขุนนางที่สนับสนุนพระองค์ได้รับอำนาจและทรงกำจัดขุนนางกลุ่มอื่น ๆ อำนาจของอาณาจักรค่อย ๆ ลดลงในช่วงการปกครองของพระองค์[5] พม่าถูกโจมตีโดยสยามในสมัยของพระองค์[6]
