ชาวเยอรมัน (เยอรมัน: Deutsche) เป็นกลุ่มชนเจอร์แมนิกที่มีถิ่นกำเนิดในยุโรปกลาง[6] เดิมชนชาติพวกนี้ถูกเรียกว่าชาวทิวทัน หรือชาวกอธ ปัจจุบันมีประชากรโดยรวม 100-150 ล้านคน[7] ชาวเยอรมันจัดว่าเป็นเผ่าพันธุ์เดียวกันกับพวกชาวสแกนดิเนเวีย ชาวอังกฤษและชาวดัตช์
