งูหัวกะโหลก เป็นสกุลของงูพิษอ่อนจำพวกงูน้ำที่อยู่ในสกุล Homalopsis เดิมทีจัดเป็นสิ่งมีชีวิตชนิดเดียว[1] แต่ปัจจุบันได้มีการพิจารณาใหม่และจำแนกออกได้เป็น 5 ชนิด ได้แก่[2]
