รณรัฐ (จีนตัวย่อ: 战国; จีนตัวเต็ม: 戰國; พินอิน: Zhànguó; อังกฤษ: Warring States) เป็นชื่อยุคหนึ่งในประวัติศาสตร์จีนโบราณ ถัดจากยุควสันตสารท และสิ้นสุดลงเมื่อฉินฉื่อหฺวังตี้รวมแผ่นดินในปีที่ 221 ก่อนคริสตกาล เป็นผลให้รัฐต่าง ๆ ที่รบรากันได้รวมเป็นหนึ่ง คือ จักรวรรดิฉิน
ยุครณรัฐเริ่มขึ้นเมื่อใดนั้น นักวิชาการว่าไว้ต่างกัน ซึ่งมักตกในระหว่างปีที่ 481 ถึงปีที่ 403 ก่อนคริสตกาล แต่ซือหม่า เชียน นักประวัติศาสตร์ในราชวงศ์ฮั่น ว่า เริ่มเมื่อปีที่ 221 ก่อนคริสตกาล และข้อเขียนของซือหม่า เชียนนี้เป็นที่อ้างอิงกันมาก ส่วนชื่อ "รณรัฐ" นั้นเรียกตามชื่อหนังสือ "พิชัยสงครามรณรัฐ" (戰國策 Zhàn Guó Cè; Strategies of the Warring States)
