ทางภูมิศาสตร์
ขั้วโลกใต้ทางภูมิศาสตร์ (Geographic South Pole) เป็นหนึ่งในสองจุดที่แกนหมุนของโลกตั้งฉากกับพื้นผิวโลก (อีกจุดหนึ่งคือ ขั้วโลกเหนือทางภูมิศาสตร์) อยู่ที่ละติจูด 90 องศาใต้ บนแผ่นดินของทวีปแอนตาร์กติกา
มนุษย์คนแรกที่สามารถไปถึงขั้วโลกใต้ทางภูมิศาตร์ได้ คือ นักสำรวจชาวนอร์เวย์ ชื่อ โรอัลด์ อะมุนด์เซน (Roald Amundsen) เมื่อวันที่ 14 ธันวาคม ค.ศ. 1911
