บัญชีจำแนกทางสถิติระหว่างประเทศของโรคและปัญหาสุขภาพที่เกี่ยวข้อง (International Statistical Classification of Diseases and Related Health Problems มีชื่อย่อว่า ICD) เป็นรายละเอียดของโรคและการบาดเจ็บต่างๆ จัดพิมพ์เผยแผ่โดย องค์การอนามัยโลก และใช้ข้อมูลเป็นสถิติพยาธิภาวะและอัตราตาย จากทั่วโลก มีการแก้ไขปรับปรุงเป็นช่วงๆ ปัจจุบันจัดพิมพ์ครั้งที่ 10 แล้ว ทุกๆ โรคหรือกลุ่มของโรคที่มีความสัมพันธ์กันจะอธิบายด้วยการวินิจฉัยและมีรหัสกำหนดให้เป็นการเฉพาะด้วยตัวอักษรถึง 5 หลัก โดยหลักแรกเป็นตัวอักษร A-Z หลักที่ 2-3 เป็นเลข 00-99 ตามด้วยจุดแล้วอาจตามด้วยตัวเลข 0-9 อีก 1-2 หลัก
