บริษัทเทมาเส็กโฮลดิ้งส์ (อังกฤษ: Temasek Holdings) เป็นกองทุนเพื่อการลงทุนของรัฐบาลสิงคโปร์ ก่อตั้งในปี ค.ศ. 1975 มีกระทรวงพาณิชย์ของสิงคโปร์เป็นผู้ถือหุ้นรายเดียว บริษัททำการลงทุนในกิจการจำนวนมากของสิงคโปร์ เริ่มแรกในกิจการต่อเรือและการผลิต ปัจจุบันเป็นผู้ถือหุ้นใหญ่ในบริษัทใหญ่อย่าง ธนาคารดีบีเอส สิงคโปร์ สิงคโปร์ เทเลคอมมูนิเคชั่นส์ (สิงค์เทล) และกิจการอื่น ๆ อีกมาก ทั้งในสิงคโปร์และต่างประเทศ รวมถึงถือหุ้นในบริษัท ท่าอากาศยานไทย จำกัด (มหาชน)

วันที่ 23 มกราคม พ.ศ. 2549 เทมาเซคโฮลดิ้งส์ ได้ซื้อหุ้นในบริษัท ชิน คอร์ปอเรชั่น จำกัด (มหาชน) จากครอบครัวชินวัตรจำนวน 1,487 ล้านหุ้น คิดเป็น 49.595% ที่ราคาหุ้นละ 49.25 บาท รวมมูลค่า 7.32 หมื่นล้านบาท[1] ซึ่งมีการกล่าวหาว่าการซื้อขายครั้งนี้มีการหลบเลี่ยงภาษี
