พิพิธภัณฑสถานแห่งรัฐประวัติศาสตร์อุซเบกิสถาน (อุซเบก: Oʻzbekiston tarixi davlat muzeyi) หรือชื่อเดิมคือพิพิธภัณฑสถานแห่งชาติเตอร์กิสถาน เป็นพิพิธภัณฑ์ในกรุงทาชเคนต์ ประเทศอุซเบกิสถาน[1] ในสมัยโซเวียต พิพิธภัณฑ์นี้มีชื่อว่าพิพิธภัณฑ์เลนิน (Lenin muzeyi)
จุดเด่นของพิพิธภัณฑ์คือภาพเขียนหินปูนแสดงภาพของพระพุทธเจ้าซึ่งพบที่ฟายอซเตปาใกล้เมืองเตร์มึส[2]
