ชาวอิตาลี (อิตาลี: italiani) เป็นกลุ่มชาติพันธุ์โรมานซ์[40][41][42] ในประเทศที่อยู่ในภูมิภาคทางภูมิศาสตร์ของอิตาลี รวมถึงดินแดนใกล้เคียง
