ปลาหลดหิน [1] หรือ ปลาไหลมอเรย์ธรรมดา (อังกฤษ: Common morays[3]) เป็นสกุลของปลาทะเลจำพวกปลาไหลมอเรย์ (Muraenidae) จัดอยู่ในสกุล Gymnothorax (/จิม-โน-โท-แร็ก/)
จัดเป็นปลาไหลแท้ที่อาศัยอยู่ในทะเล โดยหลบซ่อนอยู่ตามโพรงหินปะการัง กินอาหารจำพวกปลา, กุ้ง หรือปู มีฟันและกรามที่แข็งแรง มีขนาดความยาวตั้งแต่ 1.5 เมตร จนถึงขนาดเล็กเพียง 1–2 ฟุต มีเพียงไม่กี่ชนิดเท่านั้นที่พบได้ในน้ำกร่อยหรือน้ำจืดสนิท[2]

Gymnothorax มาจากภาษากรีกโบราณ คำว่า γυμνός (จิมโน) หมายถึง "เปลือย" และ θώραξ (โทแร็กส์) หมายถึง "หน้าอก" หรือ "ทับทรวง"[4]
