เซ็นทรัลพาร์กทาวเวอร์ (อังกฤษ: Central Park Tower) หรือที่รู้จักในชื่อ Nordstrom Tower เป็นตึกสูงระฟ้าที่ใช้พักอาศัย ตั้งอยู่ที่ 225 เวสต์ 57 สตรีต ในย่านมิดทาวน์แมนแฮตตันของนครนิวยอร์ก ริมบิลเลียนแนส์โรว์ ออกแบบโดย Adrian Smith + Gordon Gill Architecture อาคารสูง 1,550 ฟุต (472 ม.) โดยมี 98 ชั้นเหนือพื้นดินและชั้นใต้ดิน 3 ชั้น แม้ว่าชั้นบนสุดจะมีหมายเลข 136 อาคารเซ็นทรัลพาร์กทาวเวอร์เป็นตึกระฟ้าที่สูงเป็นอันดับสองในสหรัฐและซีกโลกตะวันตก ซึ่งเป็นอาคารที่สูงเป็นอันดับที่ 14 ของโลก อาคารที่อยู่อาศัยที่สูงที่สุดในโลก และอาคารที่สูงที่สุดนอกเอเชียด้วยความสูงของหลังคา
