English: Kaeng phak kat cho kraduk mu (Thai script: แกงผักกาดจอกระดูกหมู): A spicy soup/curry (kaeng) made with cabbage (phak kat cho, a variety of Brassica rapa chinensis) and pork ribs (kraduk mu). This is a Northern Thai dish and this particular version was not very spicy at all, slightly sour and fairly sweet.
