แรงงานบังคับ หรือ แรงงานไร้เสรี (อังกฤษ: forced labour หรือ unfree labour) คือความสัมพันธ์ในการทำงานใดๆ โดยเฉพาะในประวัติศาสตร์สมัยใหม่หรือสมัยใหม่ตอนต้น ที่บุคคลถูกจ้างงานโดยไม่สมัครใจภายใต้การขู่เข็ญว่าจะถูกปล่อยให้ยากจน กักขัง หรือใช้ความรุนแรง รวมถึงความตายหรือความทุกข์ยากอย่างแสนสาหัสในรูปแบบอื่นต่อตัวบุคคลนั้นเองหรือสมาชิกในครอบครัวของพวกเขา

แรงงานไร้เสรีครอบคลุมการเป็นทาสทุกรูปแบบ แรงงานนักโทษ และสถาบันที่เกี่ยวข้อง เช่น ทาสขัดหนี้ (debt slavery) ทาสติดที่ดิน (serfdom) แรงงานเกณฑ์ (corvée) และค่ายแรงงาน (labour camps)
