เลเฌอ (แอลเบเนีย: Lezhë, แอลเบเนีย: [ˈlɛʒə], นามชี้เฉพาะ Lezha) เป็นนครในประเทศแอลเบเนีย และเมืองหลักของเทศมณฑลเลเฌอกับเทศบาลเลเฌอ ถือเป็นหนึ่งในเมืองที่มีผู้อยู่อาศัยต่อเนื่องนานที่สุดของประเทศ โดยมีประวัติศาสตร์ที่บันทึกไว้เกือบ 2,400 ปี
