เลนสเตอร์ (อังกฤษ: Leinster; /ˈlɛnstər/ len-stər ; ไอริช: Laighin [ˈl̪ˠəinʲ] หรือ Cúige Laighean [ˌkuːɟə ˈl̪ˠəinˠ] ) เป็นหนึ่งในสี่จังหวัดของประเทศไอร์แลนด์ ทางตะวันออกเฉียงใต้ของเกาะไอร์แลนด์
