เมซีเย 32 (Messier 32, M32 หรือ NGC 221) เป็นดาราจักรที่อยู่ห่างจากโลกประมาณ 2.65 ล้านปีแสงปรากฏในกลุ่มดาวแอนดรอมิดา เมซีเย 32 เป็นดาราจักรบริวารของดาราจักรแอนดรอมิดา (M31) และได้รับการค้นพบโดยกีโยม เลอ ฌ็องตี ใน ค.ศ. 1749 เมซีเย 32มีขนาดเส้นผ่าศูนย์กลาง 6.5 ± 0.2 พันปีแสง ที่จุดกว้างที่สุด
