เต่าทับทิม (อังกฤษ: Malayan flat-shelled turtle; ชื่อวิทยาศาสตร์: Notochelys platynota) เป็นเต่า ชนิดหนึ่งที่พบในเอเชียตะวันออกเฉียงใต้^[1]^[4]

การกระจายพันธุ์

พบในเอเชียตะวันออกเฉียงใต้แผ่นดินใหญ่ (ประเทศไทย ประเทศเวียดนาม มาเลเซียตะวันตก^[1]^[4] ประเทศพม่า ประเทศกัมพูชา และประเทศสิงคโปร์^[4]) และในบางส่วนของกลุ่มเกาะมลายู (เกาะสุมาตรา เกาะชวา และเกาะบอร์เนียว)^[1]^[4]

ชนิดท้องถิ่น: "ในอินเดียตะวันออก" ต่อมาถูกจำกัดเพียง "เกาะสุมาตรา และประเทศสิงคโปร์" โดย Gray (1863:177)^[4]

ที่อยู่อาศัย

ชนิดนี้สามารถพบได้ในที่ราบลุ่มป่าไม้และพื้นที่ชุ่มน้ำ รวมถึงลำธารและลำห้วยเล็ก ๆ^[1]
