หอสมุดอัครสาวกวาติกัน (อังกฤษ: Vatican Apostolic Library; ละติน: Bibliotheca Apostolica Vaticana, อิตาลี: Biblioteca Apostolica Vaticana) รู้จักโดยทั่วไปในนาม หอสมุดวาติกัน (อังกฤษ: Vatican Library) หรือชื่ออย่างไม่เป็นทางการว่า วัต (อังกฤษ: Vat)[1] เป็นหอสมุดของสันตะสำนัก ตั้งอยู่ในนครรัฐวาติกันและเป็นหอสมุดแห่งชาติของนครรัฐ หอสมุดก่อตั้งอย่างเป็นทางการในปี ค.ศ. 1475 แม้ว่าตัวหอสมุดจะมีอายุมากกว่านั้นก็ตาม เป็นหนึ่งในหอสมุดที่เก่าแก่ที่สุดในโลกและเป็นหนึ่งในหอสมุดที่มีการรวบรวมตำราประวัติศาสตร์สำคัญมากที่สุด มีคัมภีร์โบราณ (codex) 75,000 เล่มตลอดประวัติศาสตร์ และยังมีหนังสือตีพิมพ์ 1.1 ล้านเล่ม รวมถึงหนังสืออินคิวนาเบิล (incunable) ประมาณ 8,500 เล่ม[2]
