สำนักงานว่าด้วยยาเสพติดและอาชญากรรมแห่งสหประชาชาติ (อังกฤษ: United Nations Office on Drugs and Crime, UNODC; ฝรั่งเศส: Office des Nations unies contre la drogue et le crime) เป็นสำนักงานของสหประชาชาติที่ก่อตั้งขึ้นในปี พ.ศ. 2540 โดยชื่อแรกสุดคือ หน่วยกำกับควบคุมยาเสพติดและอาชญกรรม โดยเป็นการรวมระว่างแผนโครงการควบคุมยาเสพติดสหประชาชาติ (UNDCP) และกองควบคุมเหตุอาชญกรรมและความยุติธรรมในอาชญกรรมในสำนักงานสหประชาชาติ ณ กรุงเวียนนา[1] สำนักงานยังเป็นสมาชิกของกลุ่มพัฒนาแห่งสหประชาชาติ[2] และต่อมาได้เปลี่ยนชื่อเป็น สำนักงานว่าด้วยยาเสพติดและอาชญากรรมแห่งสหประชาชาติ ในปี พ.ศ. 2545[3]ในปี พ.ศ. 2559-2560 สำนักงานมีงบประมาณถึง 300 ล้านดอลลาร์สหรัฐ[4]
