สันนิบาตรัฐฉานแห่งชาติเพื่อประชาธิปไตย (พม่า: ရှမ်းတိုင်းရင်းသားများ ဒီမိုကရေစီ အဖွဲ့ချုပ်; [ʃáɰ̃ táɪɰ̃jɪ́ɰ̃ðámjá dìmòkəɹèsì ʔəpʰwḛdʑoʊʔ]; ไทใหญ่: ငဝ်ႈငုၼ်းတီႇမူဝ်ႇၶရေႇၸီႇၸိူဝ်ႉၶိူဝ်းတႆး; ตัวย่อ SNLD,[1] รู้จักกันในนาม หัวเสือ) เป็นพรรคการเมืองในประเทศพม่า ก่อตั้งเมื่อวันที่ 26 ตุลาคม ค.ศ. 1988[2] โดยเป็นพรรคการเมืองที่ให้ความใส่ใจกับชาวไทใหญ่ พรรคนี้ได้รับเลือกตั้งในAssembly of the Union ใน15 general election[3] จำนวน 17 ที่นั่ง จากจำนวน 664 ที่นั่ง
