สหราชอาณาจักร เข้าร่วมแข่งขันในฐานะเจ้าภาพจัดการแข่งขันกีฬาโอลิมปิกฤดูร้อน ครั้งที่ 4 ค.ศ. 1908 (พ.ศ. 2451) ที่กรุงลอนดอน สหราชอาณาจักร ระหว่างวันที่ 27 เมษายน - 31 ตุลาคม พ.ศ. 2451 คณะกรรมการโอลิมปิกแห่งชาติสหราชอาณาจักรเป็นผู้ทำหน้าที่ในการส่งนักกีฬาเข้าร่วมแข่งขันจำนวน 676 คน ใน 24 ชนิดกีฬา ผลการแข่งขันครั้งนี้สหราชอาณาจักรได้รับเหรียญรางวัลแบ่งเป็น 56 เหรียญทอง 51 เหรียญเงิน และ 39 เหรียญทองแดง รวมทั้งหมด 146 เหรียญ
