วังอ็อด อ็อกกัย (ตากาล็อก: Whang-od Oggay, ออกเสียง: [ˈ(h)waŋˈ(ʔ)ɔd];[3] เกิด ป. 17 กุมภาพันธ์ หรือ 6 มีนาคม 1919)[4][5] หรือ มารียา อ็อกกัย (Maria Oggay)[6] เป็นช่างสักจากหมู่บ้านบุสกาลัน (Buscalan) ในติงลายัน จังหวัดกาลีงา ประเทศฟิลิปปินส์[7][8] เธอมักได้รับการกล่าวถึงว่าเป๋น มัมบาบาต็อก (ช่างสักแบบกาลีงาดั้งเดิม) คนสุดท้าย หรือที่อายุมากที่สุด[1] เธอเป็นกลุ่มชนชาวบุตบุต ส่วนหนึ่งของกลุ่มชาติพันธุ์กาลีงา[9] รวมถึงเป็นผู้อาวุโสประจำหมู่บ้านที่ได้รับการเคารพสูง[10] เธอยังมีความสามารถนอกจากการสัก เช่น เป่าขลุ่ยทางจมูก[11]
