รัฐเคดีฟอียิปต์ (อังกฤษ: Khedivate of Egypt; อาหรับ: خديوية مصر; ออตโตมันเติร์ก: خدیویت مصر Hıdiviyet-i Mısır) เป็นรัฐบรรณาการของจักรวรรดิออตโตมัน ปกครองโดยราชวงศ์มูฮัมหมัดอาลี คำว่า "เคดีฟ" (khedive) ในภาษาตุรกีออตโตมัน หมายถึง "อุปราช"[4] ใช้ครั้งแรกโดยมูฮัมหมัด อาลี พาชา แต่ไม่ได้รับการยอมรับจนกระทั่งถึงปี ค.ศ. 1867 เมื่ออิสมาอิล ปาชา ขึ้นสืบทอดอำนาจ[5] ต่อมาเมื่อโอรสของอิสมาอิล เตาฟิก ปาชา ขึ้นครองราชย์ พระองค์ทรงเจริญสัมพันธไมตรีกับจักรวรรดิบริติช ในขณะที่เคดีฟองค์สุดท้าย อับบาสที่ 2 ทรงมีนโยบายแข็งกร้าวต่อบริติช แม้พระองค์จะทรงช่วยบริติชทำสงครามกับกลุ่มกบฏมะฮ์ดีในซูดานก็ตาม ทำให้ในช่วงต้นสงครามโลกครั้งที่หนึ่ง (ค.ศ. 1914) บริติชประกาศยกเลิกรัฐเคดีฟและจัดตั้งรัฐสุลต่านอียิปต์ขึ้นแทน[6]
