สภาองคมนตรีอังกฤษ (อังกฤษ: Privy Council of England; His/her Majesty's Most Honourable Privy Council) เป็นสภาที่มีหน้าที่ถวายคำปรึกษาต่อพระมหากษัตริย์แห่งราชอาณาจักรอังกฤษ สมาชิกมาจากการแต่งตั้งของพระมหากษัตริย์ ส่วนใหญ่เป็นสมาชิกอาวุโสในสภาขุนนาง สภาสามัญชน ผู้พิพากษา นักการทูต ผู้นำเหล่าทัพ หรือสมาชิกอาวุโสแห่งคริสตจักรอังกฤษ สภาองคมนตรีอังกฤษนั้นถูกยุบและแทนที่ด้วยสภาองคมนตรีแห่งบริเตนใหญ่ในปี ค.ศ. 1707

สภาองคมนตรีอังกฤษเป็นองค์กรที่มีอำนาจมาก ซึ่งรวมถึงอำนาจถวายคำปรึกษาต่อพระมหากษัตริย์ในการใช้พระราชอำนาจต่าง ๆ ที่มีตามกฎหมาย
