เกออร์เก เกออร์กีอู-เดฌ (โรมาเนีย: Gheorghe Gheorghiu-Dej; 8 พฤศจิกายน ค.ศ. 1901 - 19 มีนาคม ค.ศ. 1965) เป็นเลขาธิการพรรคคอมมิวนิสต์โรมาเนีย ระหว่าง ค.ศ. 1944 - 1955 ต่อมาได้รับตำแหน่งนายกรัฐมนตรี ระหว่าง ค.ศ. 1952 - 1955 และ ดำรงตำแหน่งประธานาธิบดีประเทศสาธารณรัฐประชาชนโรมาเนีย ตั้งแต่ปี ค.ศ. 1961 จนเสียชีวิตในปี ค.ศ. 1965
