ประธานาธิบดีแห่งสาธารณรัฐตุรกี (อังกฤษ: President of the Republic of Turkey,ตุรกี: Türkiye Cumhuriyeti Cumhurbaşkanı) ถือเป็นประมุขแห่งรัฐและหัวหน้ารัฐบาล ทำหน้าที่สร้างความความเป็นเอกภาพของชาติ มีการดำเนินงานภายใต้รัฐธรรมนูญแห่งสาธารณรัฐตุรกี (Constitution of Turkey) และมีการจัดความเป็นระเบียบภายในรัฐ นับตั้งแต่มาตรา 101 ถึง 106 ของรัฐธรรมนูญได้ระบุถึงหน้าที่ที่รับผิดชอบของประธานาธิบดี ซึ่งประเทศตุรกีมีประธานาธิบดีมาแล้ว 12 คน (พ.ศ. 2560) โดยแต่ละคนมีวาระการดำรงตำแหน่งคนละ 5 ปี ซึ่งประธานาธิบดีคนปัจจุบัน คือ เรเจป ไตยิป แอร์โดอัน (Recep Tayyip Erdogan) โดยดำรงตำแหน่งตั้งแต่วันที่ 28 สิงหาคม พ.ศ. 2557 จนถึงปัจจุบัน
