รูดอล์ฟ โยเซฟ ลอเรินซ์ ชไตเนอร์ (เยอรมัน: Rudolf Joseph Lorenz Steiner) เป็นนักปรัชญา, นักปฏิรูปสังคม และสถาปนิกชาวออสเตรีย เขามีชื่อเสียงขึ้นมาในปลายคริสต์ศตวรรษที่ 19 จากการวิจารณ์แนวคิดและตีพิมพ์ผลงานด้านปรัชญาต่างๆ ผลงานชิ้นเด่นคือหนังสือ The Philosophy of Freedom เขากลายเป็นผู้ก่อตั้งองค์กรลับด้านเจตนิยมซึ่งต่อมาคือสำนักมานุษยวิทยา แนวคิดขององค์กรนี้ได้รับอิทธิพลมาจากเทวปรัชญาและอุดมคติเยอรมัน
