พรรคเอกราชปวยร์โตรีโก (สเปน: Partido Independentista Puertorriqueño; อังกฤษ: Puerto Rican Independence Party) เป็นพรรคการเมืองในปวยร์โตรีโก มีนโยบายหลักคือการประกาศอิสรภาพปวยร์โตรีโกจากสหรัฐอเมริกา พรรคเอกราชปวยร์โตรีโกเป็นหนึ่งในสามพรรคการเมืองหลักและเป็นพรรคที่เก่าแก่เป็นอันดับสองของดินแดน ปัจจุบัน มีประธานพรรคคือ รูเบน เบร์รีโอส มาร์ตีเนซ (Rubén Berríos Martínez)
