อิลฮัม เฮย์ดาร์ ออกลู อะลีเยฟ (อาเซอร์ไบจาน: İlham Heydər oğlu Əliyev เกิด 24 ธันวาคม พ.ศ. 2504) เป็นประธานาธิบดีคนที่ 4 และคนปัจจุบันของอาเซอร์ไบจาน เขาเริ่มดำรงตำแหน่งตั้งแต่ 31 ตุลาคม พ.ศ. 2546 นอกจากนี้เขายังทำหน้าที่เป็นประธานพรรคอาเซอร์ไบจานใหม่[1][2]และประธานคณะกรรมการโอลิมปิกแห่งชาติอีกด้วย[3] อิลฮัม อะลีเยฟ เป็นบุตรชายของเฮย์ดาร์ อะลีเยฟ ผู้ดำรงตำแหน่งประธานาธิบดีตั้งแต่ พ.ศ. 2536 - พ.ศ. 2546[4][5][6]
