ไอโฟน 5เอส (อังกฤษ: iPhone 5S) เป็นสมาร์ตโฟนจอสัมผัส ที่ผลิตโดยบริษัท แอปเปิล ถือเป็นไอโฟนรุ่นที่ 7 ซึ่งรุ่นก่อนหน้านี้คือ ไอโฟน 5 โดยที่ไอโฟน 5เอสนี้ ได้เปิดตัวพร้อมกับ ไอโฟน 5ซี ซึ่งเป็นรุ่นประหยัด เมื่อวันที่ 10 กันยายน พ.ศ. 2556 โดยลักษณะภายนอกเหมือนกับรุ่นก่อนหน้า แต่เพิ่มความละเอียดของกล้องกับแฟลชให้สมจริงยิ่งขึ้น และเพิ่มสีทองเข้ามาอีกสีหนึ่ง จากเดิมที่มีแค่ขาวกับดำ

แม้กล้องของ iPhone 5S จะมีความละเอียด 8 ล้านพิกเซลเท่าเดิม แต่ก็มีรูรับแสงที่ใหญ่ขึ้น (f/2.2) และขนาดตัวรับแสงที่ใหญ่ขึ้นกว่าไอโฟนรุ่นก่อน นอกจากนี้ยังมีแฟลชระบบ "True Tone" ที่ใช้แสง LED สีอำพันและสีขาว ฉายพร้อมกันในสัดส่วนต่างๆ ตามที่เครื่องวัดได้จากสภาพแสงโดยรอบ เพื่อให้แสงแฟลช LED ที่ออกมา มีความเหมาะสมกับอุณหภูมิสีของแสงในสภาพนั้นๆ มากขึ้น และมีระบบกันสั่นอัตโนมัติ dynamic tone mapping , โหมดถ่ายรูปต่อเนื่องความเร็วสูง 10 รูปต่อวินาที ระบบเลือกภาพที่ดีที่สุด และระบบถ่ายภาพเคลื่อนไหวช้า[1]
