เทศกาลภาพยนตร์เมืองคานส์ (อังกฤษ: Cannes Film Festival ; ฝรั่งเศส: le Festival de Cannes) เป็นเทศกาลภาพยนตร์ที่มีมาตั้งแต่ปี ค.ศ. 1946 ถือเป็นเทศกาลภาพยนตร์ที่เก่าแก่ที่สุดในโลกเทศกาลหนึ่ง และมีอิทธิพลมากที่สุดรวมถึงชื่อเสียง เทียบเคียงกับเทศกาลภาพยนตร์นานาชาติเวนิสและเทศกาลภาพยนตร์นานาชาติเบอร์ลิน งานจัดขึ้นประจำปี ราวเดือนพฤษภาคม ที่ Palais des Festivals et des Congrès ในเมืองคานส์ ทางตอนใต้ของประเทศฝรั่งเศส
