ผู้ที่ดำรงตำแหน่งผู้นำแห่งอัศวินเทมพลาร์ (อังกฤษ: Grand Master of Knights Templar) จะเป็นผู้บัญชาการทหารสูงสุดของ ทหารผู้ยากแห่งพระเยซูคริสต์และวิหารแห่งโซโลมอน (หรือที่รู้จักกันในชื่อ อัศวินเทมพลาร์) โดยเริ่มจากผู้ก่อตั้งอูกูร์แห่งปายองส์ในปี ค.ศ. 1118 ผู้นำหลายคนเลือกที่จะดำรงตำแหน่งตลอดชีวิต ผู้นำบางคนออกจากตำแหน่งเพื่อใช้ชีวิตในศาสนาหรือการทูต ผู้นำมักเป็นผู้นำอัศวินเข้าสู่การรบและอันตรายจากการรบทำให้บางคนครองตำแหน่งสั้นมาก
เทมพลาร์แต่ละประเทศจะมีผู้นำ (Master) ของตนและผู้นำแต่ละคนจะรายงานต่อผู้นำสูงสุด (Grand Master) ผู้นำสูงสุดจะดูแลกิจการทั้งหมดของภาคี ปรพกอบด้วยการปฏิบัติการทางทหารในดินแดนศักดิ์สิทธิ์และยุโรปตะวันออก และธุรกิจการเงินและธุรกิจการค้าในโครงสร้างพื้นฐานของภาคีในยุโรปตะวันตก
