ปืนโอเวน ซึ่งเป็นที่รู้จักอย่างเป็นทางการว่า โอเวน แมทชีน คาร์ไบน์ เป็นปืนกลมือสัญชาติออสเตรเลียที่ถูกออกแบบโดย Evelyn (Evo) Owen ในปี ค.ศ. 1939 ปืนโอเวนเป็นปืนที่ถูกออกแบบโดยชาวออสเตรเลียเพียงคนเดียวและสร้างขึ้นมาเพื่อใช้งานเป็นปืนกลมือในช่วงสงครามโลกครั้งที่สอง และถูกใช้งานโดยกองทัพออสเตรเลีย ตั้งแต่ปี ค.ศ. 1943 จนถึงช่วงกลางปี ค.ศ. 1960
