บริษัทอินเดียตะวันตกของเนเธอร์แลนด์ (ดัตช์: Geoctrooieerde Westindische Compagnie หรือย่อเป็น GWC) เป็นบริษัทมหาชนของสาธารณรัฐดัตช์ที่เข้าไปลงทุนในต่างประเทศ ได้รับการก่อตั้งขึ้นโดยวิลเลิม อุสเซลิงซ์และเจสเซ เดอ โฟเรสต์[1]เมื่อวันที่ 3 มิถุนายน ค.ศ. 1621 เพื่อกุมกรรมสิทธิ์จากรัฐสภาเนเธอร์แลนด์ในการค้าขายกับบราซิล แคริบเบียน และอเมริกาเหนือ ภายใต้การควบคุมของจักรวรรดิดัตช์ มีอำนาจสูงเกือบเทียบเท่ารัฐบาล สามารถทำการค้าได้ตั้งแต่แอฟริกาตะวันตก อเมริกา มหาสมุทรแปซิฟิก ไปจนฝั่งตะวันออกของเกาะนิวกินี

บริษัทถูกตั้งขึ้นเพื่อกำจัดอิทธิพลทางการค้าของจักรวรรดิคู่แข่งอย่างสเปนและโปรตุเกส นำมาสู่การตั้งอาณานิคมของเนเธอร์แลนด์ในอเมริกาและในนิวอัมสเตอร์ดัมช่วงคริสต์ศตวรรษที่ 17 และเมื่อมีการปรับโครงสร้างในปี ค.ศ. 1675 บริษัทได้กรรมสิทธิ์และครองอำนาจการค้าทาสในมหาสมุทรแอตแลนติกมาเป็นร้อยๆปี จนกระทั่งมาล่มสลายหลังเนเธอร์แลนด์แพ้สงครามอังกฤษ-เนเธอร์แลนด์ครั้งที่สี่ ในปี ค.ศ. 1784
