ชาวอินเดียพลัดถิ่น (อังกฤษ: Indian diaspora; ISO: Bhāratīya Pravāsī ภารตียะ ปรวาสี) ชื่อทางการ ชาวอินเดียผู้อาศัยอยู่นอกประเทศ (Non-Resident Indians - NRI) และ ผู้มีเชื้อสายอินเดีย (People of Indian Origin - PIO) คือบุคคลเชื้อสายอินเดียที่อาศัยอยู่หรือมีถิ่นกำเนิดนอกประเทศอินเดีย ตามคำนิยามของรัฐบาลอินเดีย ชาวอินเดียที่อาศัยอยู่นอกประเทศอินเดียคือพลเมืองอินเดียที่ปัจจุบันไม่ได้อาศัยอยู่ในอินเดีย ในขณะที่คำว่า ผู้มีเชื้อสายอินเดีย หมายถึงบุคคลที่เกิดหรือมีบรรพบุรุษเป็นชาวอินเดียแต่เป็นพลเมืองของประเทศอื่นที่ไม่ใช่อินเดีย (โดยมีข้อยกเว้นบางประการ) สิทธิพลเมืองของอินเดียในต่างประเทศ (Overseas Citizenship of India - OCI) มอบให้แก่บุคคลเชื้อสายอินเดีย และบุคคลที่ไม่ใช่บุคคลเชื้อสายอินเดียแต่แต่งงานกับพลเมืองอินเดียหรือบุคคลเชื้อสายอินเดีย บุคคลที่มีสถานะ OCI ​​เรียกว่า พลเมืองอินเดียโพ้นทะเล (Overseas Citizens of India - OCI)[30] สถานะ OCI ​​คือวีซ่าถาวรสำหรับการเดินทางเข้าประเทศอินเดียด้วยหนังสือเดินทางต่างประเทศ
