กรดแกมมาอะมิโนบิวทีริก (อังกฤษ: Gamma-Aminobutyric acid หรือ GABA) เป็นสารสื่อประสาทยับยั้งหลักในระบบประสาทส่วนกลางของสัตว์เลี้ยงลูกด้วยนม มีบทบาทในการควบคุมภาวะกระตุ้นได้ของเซลล์ประสาทในระบบประสาท ในมนุษย์ GABA ยังมีหน้าที่ควบคุมความตึงของกล้ามเนื้อ[2]
