กล้ามเนื้อซิลิอารี เป็นกล้ามเนื้อส่วนในของตา ก่อตัวเป็นวงแหวนของกล้ามเนื้อเรียบ[1][2]ในชั้นกลางของดวงตา คือ ยูเวีย (ชั้นหลอดเลือด) กล้ามเนื้อนี้ควบคุมการรองรับการมองเห็นวัตถุในระยะต่าง ๆ และควบคุมน้ำหล่อเลี้ยงดวงตาเข้าสู่ท่อชเลมม์ นอกจากนี้ยังเปลี่ยนรูปร่างของเลนส์ตา แต่ไม่เปลี่ยนขนาดของรูม่านตา[3] ซึ่งดำเนินการโดยกล้ามเนื้อหูรูดรูม่านตาและกล้ามเนื้อขยายรูม่านตา
กล้ามเนื้อซิลิอารี กล้ามเนื้อหูรูดรูม่านตา และกล้ามเนื้อขยายรูม่านตา บางครั้งเรียกว่ากล้ามเนื้อลูกตาภายใน[4] หรือกล้ามเนื้อลูกตา[5]
